About the Kits

What is in the kits? Why?

​

  1. Mini Stress Ball - to take out anxiety before or after a sports event.

  2. Electrolyte Pack - make sure to hydrate with plenty of electrolytes before or after a big sports event.

  3. Stretch Card - stretch before/after sports events as it is good for your muscles.

  4. Band-Aids - use these after you get injured to prevent further injuries.

  5. Antiseptic - use to clean wounds so they don’t get infected.

  6. Nutrition Bookmark - read over this as it is important to have a good diet as a youth athlete.

  7. Stretch Band - use to stretch in any way you want.

  8. Gauze Roll - use to protect wounds and keep them clean.

  9. Small pamphlet showing ways to prevent youth injuries
